Ambiental Environmental Assessment is a specialist in flood risk assessment, environmental reports and civil engineering. We conduct both rapid assessments and in-depth research that support better decision-making around flood risk management and biodiversity.
To help our clients get planning approval in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern
Ireland, we offer a range of environmental surveys and assessments. These include flood risk assessments to meet basic planning application requirements or to help address complex flood risks for large developments, and surface water drainage strategies or sustainable urban drainage systems (SuDS) reports. We can also conduct ecology surveys to identify any ecological constraints to developing a site.
We have a thorough knowledge of the legislation around flood risk management, nature conservation and development, and good working relationships with the national environmental and nature conservation agencies. Combined with our experience and high quality data, these relationships enable us to work with these agencies to find the best possible solutions to challenges that could stand in the way of our clients getting planning approval.
