The SPV is designed to support the issuance
of ABVC, a tokenized equity linked instrument intended to provide eligible participants with fractional economic exposure to the SPV’s equity interest in AmberVector Systems LLC subject to legal documentation, eligibility requirements, jurisdictional restrictions, compliance review, transfer limitations, and applicable securities laws.
