Alpha Sharp Development Partners, Inc. is a for-profit, Black-owned, vertically integrated multifamily real estate development firm in the Puget Sound region of Washington State. The company sponsors and develops affordable and workforce housing projects, manages equity and debt partnerships, and oversees acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio
management. Its in-house architecture arm, Alpha Sharp Design, provides architectural design, permitting, and construction support, while Alpha Sharp Contractor delivers general contracting and construction management for new construction and tenant improvement projects. The team manages a portfolio of existing multifamily units and leads multiple active construction and design projects, including townhome developments with affordable for-sale units.
