All Creatures Rescue operates a volunteer-run, foster-based animal rescue that focuses on small companion animals, pocket pets, and exotics. The organization takes in animals that have been neglected, abused, abandoned, or have special medical or behavioral needs. It provides veterinary care, rehabilitation, and species-appropriate housing through
a network of foster homes. All Creatures Rescue manages a structured adoption program with screening, enclosure standards, and non-refundable adoption fees. It publishes detailed standards of care for species such as rats, mice, guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, hedgehogs, and other exotics. The rescue is funded through adoption fees, private donations, and in-kind contributions of supplies. It also collaborates with other rescues and sanctuaries to place animals and coordinate care.
