Alink Foundation is a charitable organization that supports neurodivergent adults and their families through community-based programs and partnerships. It operates small-group social and recreational activities and life skills training courses under the name Ensemble Alink. The foundation develops housing readiness initiatives such as Le Bayit, a
simulated duplex where participants practice daily living skills through overnight stays. It also creates Housing PODS, groups of supported apartments in mainstream buildings where adults rent units and share support from educators. In addition, Alink provides guidance to families on accessing adult social services, housing resources, and health-related supports. The organization engages in awareness and advocacy activities with community partners and government bodies to improve services and inclusion for adults with brain-based challenges.
