The platform includes tools for managing events and projects, monitoring municipal support and subsidies, and exporting reports including EHIS data where required. Additional modules cover costume and performance gear inventory, annual budgeting, and an audit log of key actions. Aktivium also offers a participant portal where school leaders, teachers, parents, and students can view schedules, participation history, invoices, contracts, and shared learning materials.
