AKRUM — Adaptive Key Randomization Underpinning Machines — was founded to fix a quiet problem at the heart of modern cryptography: most randomness is harvested, not generated. Operating systems scrape entropy from finite, unpredictable, hard-to-audit sources. We replaced harvesting with a patented Cellular Automata engine (US Patent 10,278,492 B2)
that produces fresh, high-entropy bits on demand — randomness you can generate, measure, and prove, validated against NIST STS and Dieharder.
That engine powers everything we build. Our Encrypted File Engine encrypts any file with AES-256-GCM directly in the browser; files never leave a device unencrypted and share via a single link. Vault + SecureShare extends this to sensitive documents — contracts, NDAs, cap tables — in a zero-knowledge vault we can't read by design. The Entropy Benchmark Lab proves it, pitting our randomness against OS RNG, Intel RDRAND, and Math.random with exportable reports. And our Core API delivers CA-grade entropy, encryption, and benchmarking in one REST call, any language, any cloud.
Built on that same engine are five AI Agent APIs for encrypted workloads — each combining modern AI inference with true cryptographic randomness, not just statistical models:
Healthcare Compliance — real-time HIPAA & GDPR checks on encrypted payloads Risk Prediction — anomaly scoring on financial transactions without decryption Streaming Optimization — dynamic cipher tuning for low-latency workloads Blockchain Key Manager — autonomous key lifecycle for wallets, contracts, validators Crypto Compliance — FATF, MiCA & OFAC screening plus smart-contract risk in one call
AKRUM is cloud-agnostic — AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-prem — and free forever for solo developers, with paid tiers for throughput, integrations, and audit reporting. The first-to-market Randomness-as-a-Service platform.
