AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-run organization that develops youth leadership by facilitating social development and professional internships. It is a non-governmental not-for-profit organization in consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), affiliated with the UN DPI, member of ICMYO, and is recognized
by UNESCO.
The organization offers students with experiential learning, volunteer experiences, and professional internships. It helps both employers and organizations across India to connect with a global network of talent.
AIESEC consists of 126 youth-run member committees around the world. It delivers youth programs with the support of partner organizations and active volunteer and full-time members. Each committee facilitates the running of AIESEC on a global, national, and local level. It has a Nobel Peace Prize laureate and numerous world, business, and NGO leaders amongst its one million alumni community.
AIESEC was founded in 1948 and is headquartered in Rotterdam, Netherlands with worldwide presence.
