AIDIN ROBOTICS is a technology firm that specializes in the development of essential sensors and solutions for robotic systems. Since 1995, the company has been accumulating core field sensing technology in its laboratory, leading to the creation of three primary robot sensors designed to measure physical interactions between humans and robots
including the Robot Collision & Proximity Detection Safety Sensor, the Ultra-Thin Torque Sensor, and the Ultra-Small Multi-Axis Force & Torque Sensor. The Robot Collision & Proximity Detection Safety Sensor is installed on the exterior of industrial, collaborative, or mobile robots to detect potential collisions before they happen, thus preventing them or reducing their impact. This sensor can differentiate between metal and human presence, allowing for the prioritization of human safety without requiring separate algorithms within the robot. The ultra-thin, ultra-compact multi-axis force and torque sensor is designed to measure force and torque data across multiple axes. It is a crucial sensor necessary for robots to execute precise tasks or conduct remote operations. The company has the capability to mass-produce sensors that deliver performance on par with existing models but at a cost that can be up to ten times lower.
