Aeroshi provides room-level indoor air and condition monitoring combined with structured evidence reporting. The company runs monitoring studies using sensors placed in selected rooms to collect CO₂, temperature, humidity, particulate and related environmental data over time. It focuses on housing providers, schools, multi‑academy trusts, councils
and indoor air intervention partners who need room-level evidence before and after works. Aeroshi translates monitored patterns into dashboards, evidence summaries and reports that highlight priority spaces, repeated patterns, and before/after changes. These outputs are designed to support decisions on damp, mould, ventilation, filtration, retrofit, remediation and operational changes. The service is used to support complaints handling, portfolio prioritisation, intervention review and funding or governance discussions while keeping the limits of the data visible.
