Aegisound is a small ISO 9001:2008 certified business located in Christiansburg, Virginia. Our products significantly improve hearing protection, safety, and communication in extreme noise environments,
typically ranging from 105 to 150 db(A). We hold numerous patents and other U.S. DoD sole source rights, in support of our product designs and manufacturing processes.
Aegisound is dedicated to offering world-class products of the highest quality that provide hearing protection and advanced communications solutions for customers in the most demanding continuous noise environments. We manufacture and sell products based on patented technologies designed to address the most extreme noise levels encountered in heavy industrial and military occupational environments.
Developed with the support of years of DoD and internal funding, our products combine theoretical advances with experimental practice in engineering research, development, design, and testing on noise control, hearing protection, and signal processing products. Aegisound commercializes these advanced technologies, delivering superior and integrated hearing protection and communications systems as well as service and training support to our customers in military and heavy industrial environments.
