UK’s first clean, multi-energy refuelling hubs for commercial vehicles
Aegis Energy is developing the first clean, multi-energy refueling hubs in the UK, designed for commercial vehicles. The network will cater to the needs of truck and van operators transitioning to cleaner fuels, including electric, hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO), hydrogen,
and bio-compressed natural gas (bio-CNG).
To address transport emissions, the company is focused on expanding essential infrastructure to support low and zero-emission vehicles. By constructing these first-of-its-kind public refueling hubs, Aegis Energy aims to enable the deployment of cleaner trucks and vans on UK roads, contributing to the broader clean energy transition.
The hubs will feature bookable high-speed electric charging and access to low-carbon fuels, alongside secure truck parking and driver facilities. These facilities will include clean restrooms, showers, dining options, and designated spaces for rest.
Aegis Energy is actively seeking partnerships with fleet operators across the UK to support their transition to low-emission transportation.
