The company implements environmentally sound strategies as part of its ongoing commitment to socially responsibility and recently purchased over 90,000 tonnes of Certified Emission Reduction (CER) credits from landfill gas capture facilities in Peterborough, Ontario. These CERs offset a portion of the carbon dioxide emissions generated by Active Business Services customers.
