Accusonus was founded in 2012 by Alexandros Tsilfidis and Elias Kokkinis. from Michael Tzannes, who also joined the Board of Directors. In 2016, accusonus, Inc was formed as a C-Corporation in Massachusetts adding Michael Tzannes as a founder. accusonus, S.A. is a subsidiary of accusonus, Inc.
The company's headquarters are in Lexington, MA and operations are in Patras, Greece. The company's premises also include a fully equipped professional recording studio in the center of Patras, ideal for acoustic experiments and testing.
