Double Gloucester with ingredients including garlic, chilli flakes, herbs, caramelised onion, and sweet sauces. J.J. Sandham also operates a dairy-only smokehouse to produce naturally smoked Lancashire and other smoked cheeses. In addition, it supplies wax-coated Cheddar and Lancashire cheese truckles in multiple flavours for online and shop-based retail. Its products are distributed through specialist wholesalers, delicatessens, cheese shops, farm shops, and direct-to-consumer channels.
