Co-founded in January 2016 by Mitch Eaglstein and Imran Firoz, FDCTech (formerly Forex Development Corp.), based in New York City, has set itself apart from the competition in its brief history by melding technological and business expertise, and as a result can advise customers in either space. Eaglstein, now the CEO, is responsible for long-term strategy at FDC, his latest stop in a career that has stretched over a decade and seen him achieve great success in various executive-level positions in the FX brokerage and FinTech space.
Firoz, now the CFO, heads up FDC’s strategic planning, corporate development, financial restructuring and risk management. Before assuming his present role he was the CEO and Director of ABT Holdings (also known as Scoobeez Global), helping that company increase revenues from less than $500,000 to $27 million.
