Stanford's Kappa Alpha Theta is proud to host ThetaBreakers 2019, our 34th Annual 5k/10k race benefitting Child Advocates of Silicon Valley. ThetaBreakers is a certified 5K run/walk and 10k run around the Stanford University campus with all proceeds going directly to Child Advocates of Silicon Valley. For the past 34 years, our Kappa
Alpha Theta chapter has hosted its annual charity race, ThetaBreakers, and we are grateful for the opportunity to maintain this proud tradition of positively impacting our community.
All proceeds from this year’s 5K/10K walk/run will be contributed directly to Child Advocates’ volunteer training and supervision programs. Our goal is to host a competitive, safe, and fun race for students, alumni, faculty and community members alike. We're so excited for this event and hope that you will join us this fall for the 34th Annual ThetaBreakers race!
The race will take place on Sunday, October 27th at the Stanford University Koret Plaza.
Check-in and walk-in registrations will begin at 8:00 AM. The 10K run starts at 9:00 AM and the 5K run/walk starts at 9:05 AM.
Packet pick-up is available Friday, October 25th from 2 pm - 6pm and all day Saturday, October 27th at A Runner's Mind in Los Altos or at the registration table on the day of.
Parking will be available in the visitor center across the street from the Plaza and event T-Shirts will be provided. Come on out and support a great cause! We look forward to seeing you there!
