Zepto reported FY25 revenue of nearly ₹11,110 crore, a 150% rise from ₹4,454.5 crore in FY24. The company also saw a significant increase in its monthly gross order value, reaching ₹2,400 crore in May 2025 compared to ₹750 crore in May 2024, indicating strong revenue growth over the past year. Additionally, Zepto's advertising vertical annual recurring revenue surged five-fold year over year to INR 1,670 crore (~$200M). Despite these growth metrics, Zepto experienced a decline in daily active users, which fell from 5.5 million to 4.9 million between December 2024 and June 2025, reflecting a loss of 600,000 users. Furthermore, Zepto's market share in the quick commerce sector decreased from about 29% in late 2024 to roughly 23–25% in 2025 as competitors gained ground. The company raised approximately $450 million in a funding round led by CalPERS, valuing it at $7 billion, which was aimed at bolstering its quick commerce expansion.
