Will joined the Group in 2011, and has over 16 years' experience in venture capital. He is joint Fund Manager for the £57.5m NPIF - Mercia Equity Team which provides support for entrepreneurs to build high-growth innovative companies. The Fund can provide risk capital for new and early-stage startups, both tech and non-tech, together with
scale-up capital for ambitious, established growth businesses located throughout Yorkshire, Humber and the Tees Valley. He also has overall responsibility for the North West Fund for Venture Capital and the Mezzanine portfolio.
