Stefan Weiss is CTO of CURE Finance, the banking and finance partner for medical doctors in Europe. He's also CEO and founder of FUTURELAB Strategy Consultancy. Previously, Stefan was Head of Banking & Insurance Business Division at jambit, a software development and IT-service provider. He held strategic and operational positions within
the Fidor Group, most notably he was responsible for Fidor’s Banking APIs and the PSD2 Open Banking Strategy. He's a pioneer and entrepreneur since his first start-up in 1993 selling Internet access and web hosting, venturing into the space of virtual reality and social gaming which eventually lead to monetization, payment and digital banking. Stefan studied computer sciences at TU Munich, Germany, and holds an MBA from OUBS in Milton Keynes, UK. He lives near Munich, Germany, together with his wife, three children, a dog, three cats and thirty-something chicken.
