Saad holds an Engineering degree from the Ecole Centrale de Paris, a Master’s degree from Sciences-Po Paris and a degree from HEC Paris.
Before joining MCP, Saad held several leading positions in various sectors, including Director of the Department of Strategy and Planification of the former Wafabank (1985-1987), Managing Director of Magetex
and CIB (1988-1992) and of the Moroccan Fund « Moussahama »(1992-1997). Saad was also Chairman of Meditelecom (1999 -2005), Vice President of Finance.com (2001- 2005) and Director of Participations and Investments of BMCE Bank (1997-2000). From 2005 to 2008, he was the Chairman of the ONA Group and administrator of ONA International, SNI, Attijari Wafabank, Managem, Centrale Laitière, Cosumar, Lesieur, Nareva, Optorg, Marjane, Acima, Bimo, Sonasid, Lafarge Maroc, CIMR, AttijariBank, Manatrade and CBAO.
Saad is currently Chairman of CNIA Saada (Saham) a leading insurance company in Africa and he holds the position of Non Executive Chairman of HWM, the exclusive distributor of Haworth, Figueras, Bontempi and SitLand in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. He also acts as independent board member of several companies.
