Mr. Michael Rösch serves as the Chief Operations Officer of POOL4TOOL AG and has been its Member of the Management Team since 2000 and Chief Sales Officer since 2013. Mr. Rösch is responsible for all tactical operations departments at POOL4TOOL, such project management, product development including the SAP Competence Center and customer support.
As the Co-Owner of the POOL4TOOL, he pushes the strategic development. As the Chief Technology Officer, he managed implementation, IT security and infrastructure, and also the continued operation of application for many years. During his years as a Project Leader, he gained leadership experience and an understanding for tactical and strategic sourcing processes while working on POOL4TOOL projects with Behr, Hansgrohe, Heideberger Printing Presses, Kärcher, Carl Zeiss, and ThyssenKrupp Presta. He served as Vice President of Operations at POOL4TOOL AG from 1999 to 2012. He was a Trainer at IBM Learning Services Wien from 2001 to 2003. He served as Teaching Assistantat TU Wien, Institute for Software Engineering from 1999 to 2002. He served as Web developer and Project leader at Zadrobilek Werbung from 1998 to 2001. He has been a Member of The Board at POOL4TOOL AG since 2013.
