Fernando Ocaña Garcilaso de la Vega is a publicist, president and Spanish founder of Tapsa. He is the author of campaigns such as ONCE, Mutua Madrileña, the launch of Amena several campaigns for Halcón Viajes. He was the promoter of the first Advertising Code of Conduct in Spain. He specialises in brand building, effective creativity and strategic
planning, and is currently the non-executive chairman of Tapsa Y&R3, an agency that belongs to the advertising giant WPP. In 2015 he is appointed Honorary Consul of Jamaica in Spain.
