Brahim has worked at the forefront of digital music since its inception. Having previously held position as a lawyer at Norton Rose, and International Business Affairs Manager at Warner/Chappell Music Publishing. In 2006, he helped set up Warner/Chappell’s pan-european digital licensing initiative and was heavily involved in the
groundbreaking ‘pay what you want’ digital release of Radiohead’s “In Rainbows”. Brahim then joined EMI Music Publishing in December 2008, as VP of Legal & Business Affairs, where he looked after digital licensing, litigation and collection society relations across Europe, as well as serving as a member of the Commercial Advisory Group at PRS For Music. In July 2013, Brahim joined Kobalt where, as VP of Business Affairs, he oversaw all digital matters globally, both for music publishing and the label services arm of the business.
