André Bachmann is Co-Founder of Hibiskus, Inc. and has been President and Secretary since the company’s inception in 2017. He is a tenured Full Professor of Pediatrics at Michigan State University and Associate Chair for Research. Previously, Dr. Bachmann served as Department Head in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Daniel K. Inouye College of
Pharmacy. From 2001-2010, he was a Research Professor at the NCI-designated UH Cancer Center in Honolulu. He also worked as a scientist at Hawaii Biotech, Inc. and was a Postdoctoral Fellow in 1998 at the Institute of Medical Virology at the University of Zürich Hospital in Switzerland
