I am a fintech entrepreneur and strategic advisor with deep experience in M&A, venture strategy, and innovation across financial services. I currently lead Americas Venture, a consultancy specializing in M&A support for banking, asset management, and fintech companies. We also advise private equity and venture capital GPs on portfolio
growth strategies and support corporations with innovation initiatives across the fintech, and healthtech sectors.
Alongside this work, I founded Latitud Wallet to solve one of the most pressing problems facing underbanked and immigrant families: access to fast, low‑cost, and transparent cross‑border money movement. By leveraging stablecoins and modern financial infrastructure, I’m building a platform that turns complex blockchain rails into simple, everyday financial tools for millions of families.
