Qualidade da Burocracia to help governments diagnose and improve their human resources practices. República.org supports training and qualification of public professionals through scholarships, residencies and international partnerships. It also promotes initiatives that recognize public servants, disseminate knowledge, foster debate and articulate actors around reforms and public policies in people management.
