Pronto reported a significant increase in its daily bookings, which surged from approximately 1,000 to over 18,000 in the past seven months, reflecting strong growth in customer demand for its on-demand domestic-help services. Following the first tranche of its Series B funding, daily bookings rose from about 18,000 to 26,000, equating to roughly 780,000 monthly bookings. The company also expanded its base of on-demand service professionals from 1,440 in January to over 6,500, indicating rapid growth in its supply-side workforce. By March, Pronto achieved over 500,000 fulfilled bookings and scaled to over 15,000 daily orders in February, less than a year after launch. Additionally, Pronto raised $25 million in a Series B funding round led by Epiq Capital, valuing the company at $100 million post-money.
