The company increased its daily customer bookings from over 18,000 in its initial months to 22,000 by the end of March, reflecting rising demand for its instant home help services. Daily bookings surged from 2,500 in October to 22,000 in March, marking a sharp increase in customer demand for its housekeeping platform. Pronto expanded its workforce to nearly 3,000 service professionals and a core internal team of around 60 employees to support this rapid growth. Additionally, Pronto raised $25 million in a Series B funding round led by Epiq Capital, valuing the company at $100 million post-money, to deepen its presence and scale operations in existing cities.
