Formerly he was Investment Director of Venture Capital Times, Deputy General Manager of Bridge Securities’ investment banking headquarters and Operations Director of Asia Business Consulting. He has over 15 years of
professional experience in investment banking and equity investment business areas.
Mr. Xue Mengjun is versed of and has a deep understanding of the domestic capital market, and has an extensive network of resources, with senior business experience in investment banking. He understands and well knows operations of listed companies, especially in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions. He has a wealth of operational experience and combat capability. He served as a project leader and successfully completed more than a dozen of cases of mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, including Huchang Special Steel, Chengdu Hualian, Donkey-Hide Gelatin, Erie Shares, Jinfeng Investment, Gansu Changfeng, Shaanxi Changling projects and all these projects achieved the expected objectives. The project of Xi'an Hi-Tech backdoor Huchang Special Steel valued up to billions of RMB and has become a classic case in the domestic capital M & A markets.
Mr. Xue Mengjun was engaged in the equity investments in environment, consumer, TMT field for many years, and successfully completed a number of projects. He has accumulated a wealth of practical experience in enterprise value judgment, due diligence, after investment management, project exit, follow-up financing, financial management and can help enhance the value of invested companies quickly. In Panlin Capital, Mr. Xue Mengjun was responsible for the Dream Game, Huaxia-phytorestore, Sheng Nuoji and other projects, and involved in Eastern Pioneer, Kangtai biological projects. Now he is a Director of Huaxia-Phytorestore.
