Woody has over 20 years of experience with high-growth consumer product companies. Recently he was partner at Avanti Growth Partners, a consulting and private equity firm focused on growth-stage companies. Previously Woody was Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of CamelBak Products LLC, where he managed all sales, marketing, and R&D activities and led CamelBak's successful entry into new markets and product categories.
Prior positions include Senior Vice President at Kransco Partners LLP, a private equity firm; Director of Business Development at Kransco Group Companies; Director of Development at Visa International; Product Manager at General Mills; and Analyst at Cambridge Associates.
Woody has an MBA from Stanford Business School and a BA from Williams College.
