Wendy is an intuitive coach who focuses on accelerating the success of talented executives who are in new roles or being groomed for larger roles. She helps her clients identify areas of unique strength and vision, assess areas of leadership risk, strategize about key relationships, and promote the immediate and long-term success of their companies. Wendy excels in the essential executive coaching skills of deep listening, strategizing, articulating, and pegging the situation.

In her early twenties, Wendy was diagnosed with lupus, a life-threatening blood disease. Her talent in guiding others to transform themselves was sparked by her fourteen-year struggle with lupus, subsequent kidney transplant and miraculous return to good health. Wendy offers inspiring keynotes for such organizations as UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, the Professional Business Women’s Conference (PBWC), The Commonwealth Club, and Women In Technology International. Wendy is on the Executive Advisory Board for TEDxMarin and the Producer of TEDxSandHillRdWomen. Her forthcoming book, Spiral Up! A New Roadmap for Women is based on the Spiral Up! principles she has presented for the past decade to groups of women entrepreneurs, middle managers, individual contributors, and executives.
