Wayne Lewis was born in New Orleans, LA, on November 15,1978. Being raised in New Orleans, he always dreamed of getting out. Sports and music have always been his forte and being gifted in Mathematics, English composition and Music, he excelled academically. He had a yearning to join the military, and did at the age of 17, despite football
scholarship offers. During his military service, while deployed in the Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) Campaign, Mr. Lewis was involved in a complex attack where he received injuries and decorations to include a Bronze Star and Purple Heart. Yet, his love and commitment to music never left him. He has started Skyview Records, a vision born in the neighborhood where he spent his teenage years, the ones that with the help of the military, have shaped him to into the focused, military-minded CEO that currently runs the ship that is "Skyview Records".
