Prior to this, Walter led the Linux field sales organization in the Americas for Novell. Walter was a Partner at Novell Ventures, and was a Principal at Cambridge
Technology Capital, two successful venture capital firms. Earlier in his career Walter served as Client Partner for Cambridge Technology Partners. While in graduate school he co-founded DCN a developer of Internet appliances and software solutions for live imaging.
