Walter is the Head of Talent & Learning Applications at Aggreko the leader in power, heating and cooling services who deliver solutions to transform the lives and livelihoods of individuals, organisations and communities across the globe. He has been with Aggreko for 5 years and held roles based out of Dubai, UAE and Houston, TX locations. He
has more than 10 yrs experience leading teams with focuses in Learning Content Development, Translation/Localization, Technology and Innovation. Walter’s primary focus at Aggreko is in developing and implementing new technologies to support skilling and developing talent for key roles across Aggreko including at some of Aggreko’s most remote operating locations. Prior to Aggreko, Walter worked at Raytheon based out of Germany and held roles in the areas of training operations, projects and innovation to support Raytheon’s Professional Services Division delivering solutions to customers in the Automotive, Energy Utilities, Military & Government spaces. He has also held roles at Lufthansa and is a US Army Veteran. Walter is married with 2 children living in The Woodlands, Texas and has a bachelor’s in engineering information technology from Caluniversity.
