He has worked for various corporates. His core strength
lies in his ability to identify opportunities and to structure and manage transaction execution - end to end. During his career, he has successfully handled FDI, IPOs, ECB, FCCB, Amalgamations, Merger and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, ESOP, ISO 9002, Risk Management, Company Secretarial and other Legal and Management issues. He has been on the Boards of various listed and un-listed Companies.
