Vishal Sheth is the Director of Transformation at NewYork-Presbyterian, where he is responsible for creating and maintaining strategies and programs across the enterprise that transform patient experience, hospital operations, and clinical outcomes. In this role, he oversees development and implementation of artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, digital robotic process automation, and process improvement & redesign across range of areas such Finance & Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Supply Chain Operations and Clinical Operations that accelerates our mission.
Prior to this role, Vishal was a Strategic Sourcing Manager at NewYork-Presbyterian, overseeing sourcing efforts across $200M of IT good and services, and $100M of Corporate Service purchased by the enterprise. Previously, he has also held various positions ranging from sales to management consulting delivering value and performance across organizations.
Vishal has a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University.
