Vincent has twelve years of experience as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in growth-stage public companies and over twelve years in corporate finance consulting at KPMG and Mallette. He joined the LeddarTech team in June 2013.
More specifically, he held major positions as CFO for public companies listed in the United States
and Canada. He successfully ensured close monitoring of funds, planning, mergers and acquisitions, financings, business valuations, due diligence, management of regulatory affairs related to NASDAQ, SEC and TSX, investor relations, information systems, taxation and cash flow management.
In addition to his CFO experience, Vincent also developed years of corporate auditing and financing expertise with KPMG and Mallette.
Vincent earned a bachelor of Business Administration degree from Université Laval in 1989 and is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (Québec’s Order of Chartered Professional Accountants).
