Vinay is a Managing Director within Baird’s European Investment Banking team with a particular focus on the Industrial and Consumer sectors. He joined Baird in 2011, bringing extensive experience in acquisitions, disposals and capital raisings for both private equity and public companies across a wide range of sectors. Prior to joining Baird, Vinay
spent eight years at Hawkpoint and was previously a Vice President, European M&A, at Goldman Sachs and earlier at Deutsche Bank. Vinay has a first class degree from Imperial College in London and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
