Mr Ong has 20 years of experience in real estate funds management and investment banking in Australia and Asia. In Asia, he was an Executive Director of Allco Funds Management (Singapore) Limited and the CEO of Bluestone Asia Group Ltd., an innovative and diversified real estate development and funds management company. Bluestone is the predecessor
company of Oxley Capital.
In Australia, he was the director responsible for the successful development of the funds management operation at Trafalgar Managed Investments Limited. Mr Ong also co-founded Paladin Australia Limited in 1999, a funds management company acquired by Deutsche Bank in 2000. Previously, he was also a senior executive with the Lend Lease Group for 7 years participating in the property and funds management divisions consisting of General Property Trust, MLC Property Funds and Australian Prime Property Funds.
