Victor A. Kiani is the Founder and CEO of OUTURE. He studied at New York University with a concentration in International Business and Global Management, after serving in the United States Marine Corps, where he earned Information Management Officer qualification and Antiterrorism Officer Level II certification. Before enlisting, Victor sat on
CUNY’s Tech Fee Committee, shaping more than $2.9M in annual technology funding. Before that, he redesigned lecture-based crisis-intervention training at HeartShare St. Vincent’s Services into scenario-based practice, and served on the New York City Administration for Children’s Services Workforce Development Advisory Council during the 2020 programming-cycle review. Victor brings cross-cultural fluency across the four institutional cultures OUTURE’s clients operate within: public sector, private sector, non-profit, and military.
