As VP of Customer Success, Vicki is responsible for ensuring CloudLock’s customers achieve optimal results with our solutions. Vicki provides a positive customer experience in every aspect, and ensures that business and technical value is realized for our customers.
Prior to CloudLock, Vicki was SVP of Customer Success at Jobscience, the leader
in Social CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) delivering the first end-to-end recruitment system built natively on Salesforce.com. Before Jobscience, Vicki was Director at Salesforce.com in the Strategic Services group driving revenue growth by prescriptively matching and positioning the right services for customers and by directing successful services engagements.
Vicki is a results-oriented customer success executive with more than 20 years of experience creating and implementing valuable growth and retention strategies. She has developed a level of subject matter expertise from combined experiences at PwC, ATG/Oracle and Razorfish. In those roles, she consulted with a range of regional and global companies in a variety of industry sectors serving as customer advocate and strategic partner ensuring long-term enablement and success.
Vicki received her BS from Lesley University in Organizational Development and her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
