Vasile Grigoras is managing director and head of development for the FX Connect trading platform. He is the senior architect and development lead for FX Connect, providing his expertise and technical vision to various aspects of the business line.
Mr. Grigoras has more than 15 years of experience in developing and architecting enterprise
applications with a focus on low latency, parallel computing and enterprise integration.
Mr. Grigoras joined State Street in 2007 from InfoMedics Inc. (acquired by Physicians Interactive), a marketing and technology startup. During his tenure at InfoMedics, Mr. Grigoras held several roles, starting as a senior application developer responsible with architecture, design and development of the web platform, and was later appointed as Chief Technology Officer.
Mr. Grigoras holds a Bachelor of Science degree in math and computer science from the University of Galati “Dunarea de Jos,” Romania.
