Mr. Narayanan retired as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of FOSECO India Limited (group company of Burmah Castrol Plc UK). He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and also
chairs the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Mr. Narayanan spearheads the company towards high levels of corporate governance, business ethics, and compliance.
