Tracy Isacke is Managing Director of Investments and Global Partnerships at Telefónica Digital, the innovation arm of the world’s third largest telecommunications company, Telefónica. The team spans Silicon Valley, Israel and Europe. She also heads the Silicon Valley office for Telefónica.
At Telefónica Digital, she piloted the December 2009 acquisition of Jajah for $207 million and the October 2012 acquisition of TokBox. She also led the investments in Joyent, Everything.me, Boku, Adfleet and Expect Labs.
Prior to her position as Director of Investments and Business Development at Telefónica Digital, Tracy was the Head of New Business Development at Telefónica. She was promoted to this position after joining Telefónica in 2006 as Head of the Enterprise Sales Team for O2 UK.
Tracy began her career at Xerox where she became the first female member of the UK Board.
