Torben Knappe, born in 1979, is the founder and partner of boatoon.com. After studying business administration in Kiel and at Leuphana University in Lüneburg, Torben Knappe held various positions in the water sports industry. In 2010 he founded boatoon.com, an online portal for water sports with an online shop for technical boat accessories.
