Tony is an exceptional and enthusiastic safety leader who has dedicated his whole life to helping workers return home safely. On January 24th, 1996, his grandfather was crushed by 5,000 pounds of lumber. At the young age of 7 years old, he watched his grandfather fight for the life he once knew. After his grandfather’s injury, he decided that he
wanted to prevent others from having their whole life changed in a split second due to a work-related injury. His grandfather’s story inspired him to create a company that focuses on preventing accidents in the workplace. He created a Human Performance Training company for the workplace to give employers real-time data to track and monitor which workers are mentally and physically ready for work. The goal of this company is to help workers stay sharp and avoid distractions, maintain focus, and enhance their ability to make safe decisions.
