Tia Warner is co-founder, CMO, and Head of Media Strategy at Clash – the UK-based media company behind some of the most watched independent content on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Tia's path into media strategy is unlike anyone else in the room. Trained in computer science with a Masters specialising in machine learning, she spent years at
the frontier of the AI industry – writing newsletters, shaping narratives and translating complex technology into content that actually landed with real audiences. That work quietly built something most creative strategists never develop: a data-informed, almost instinctive understanding of how people process ideas, form opinions, and decide what to share. Before Clash, Tia managed international speaker events across London and Los Angeles – the network and operational knowledge from that world is what gave Clash its running start on the commercial side. She came into Clash as a scriptwriter. Within months it was clear she was something else entirely – a strategic mind who could see the shape of a story before it existed and position a person's ideas in a way that made audiences feel genuinely understood. She became the strategic backbone of Clash's content operation, and was formally named co-founder in April 2025 when Clash restructured around its three-person founding team. Today Tia leads brand strategy, content direction and client positioning across Clash – operating on one founding belief: the best content doesn't just reach an audience. It understands them better than they understand themselves.
