Tom is a qualified lawyer, admitted to practice law in both England & Wales and New York. He began his career in London with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP practising corporate finance law, and he later worked in their Hong Kong and New York offices in their capital markets and project finance departments. Thomas holds an MA in Law from the
Cardozo School of Law in New York, a PGDL and LPC from BPP Law School in London and an MA from the University of Cambridge.
