Terry Darling is the Alternative Investments at CrossBay Capital Partners. He was a Co-Founder of Agilic Capital, following a 20+ year career as a top ranked sell-side equity research analyst. From 2006-12, Terry was head of the 20+ person Industrials research team at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Managing Director and lead analyst of the
Multi-industry sector. Terry’s responsibilities included industry research, financial modeling, valuation, stock picking, and support of all of Goldman Sachs’ capital markets activities. Terry also mentored numerous younger analysts and was responsible for the Industrials Conviction List, a compilation of top investment recommendations across the Machinery, Transportation, Chemicals, Packaging, Paper, Metals & Mining and Aerospace & Defense industries. From 2001-06, Terry was co-business unit leader of the Goldman Sachs energy research team, and lead analyst of the OIlfield Services & Drilling sector, where he was consistently top ranked by Institutional Investor.

Terry received his A.B. from the University of Virginia in 1991 and is a former board member of NerVve Technologies.
